Q: What is the Knowledge Base? The EA Knowledge Base is made up of two core components: the Documents and the Answers library. These libraries work together to streamline your workflow, allowing EA to automatically generate answers for new forms and questionnaires by leveraging your previous work and reference materials. The Answers library contains approved responses from previously completed questionnaires. EA can reuse these responses and ensure your preferred language, style, and tone remain consistent across projects. Examples of what can be uploaded to the Answers library:
ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) surveysDDQs (Due Diligence Questionnaires) from clientsFAQs from customersTendersRFI (Request for Information) responses
The Documents library houses both public and private documents. This strengthens EA’s ability to generate accurate answers and enables advanced features like Autofill. You can upload any reference materials you commonly use when completing RFPs, questionnaires, or other formal inquiries. Examples of documents to upload to the Documents library:
