Q: How can I upload my previous answers to the Knowledge Base for EA to learn my style?

  • Q: How can I upload my previous answers to the Knowledge Base for EA to learn my style?
    1. Navigate to Answers > Import Approved Answers.
    2. Drag and drop your files, or click inside the upload box to browse and select them.
    3. Enter a name for the imported answers.
    4. Click Upload.
    Note: Displaying your imported answers in the Answers library may take some time, depending on the format of the uploaded file. You will receive an email notification once your imported answers are available to view inside the platform.
