EA Global AI is a spin-out from an AI-driven research business founded in 2020 by Charles Radclyffe upon leaving Fidelity, where he served as the Head of AI.

His original premise was simple. That AI could be used to build a dataset to provide investment management firms with hard-to-access niche data that wouldn’t overburden companies already facing unprecedent reporting requirements.

The first non-investment funding came from the British pension firm Scottish Widows later that year and by 2021 the team enjoyed success by winning customers such as Ethos Foundation in Switzerland and the Church of England Commissioners in the UK.

In 2022, the company received investment from Techstars via their ‘Future of Finance’ programme sponsored by ABN AMRO. Thanks to this programme, the true scale of the corporate diligence problem was discovered. On return to Wales, Charles and co-founder Kasia set about building what is now known as EA; sunsetting all data provision to 3^rd parties in order to focus exclusively on building software that could help people automate their administrative burden.

Today, EA serves companies large and small who sell B2B and who face diligence which acts as friction to their sales efforts. Our SaaS platform provides ‘autofill’ capability for corporate documentation of all kinds, including regulatory reporting, commercial diligence, sustainability disclosures, as well as bid/ tender responses and RFI/ RFPs.

We are a recognised leader in the UK’s AI industry, being recognised in the Top 5 by TechRound in 2024. The company and its founder Charles have also been featured many times by leading business and technology publications such as the Financial Times and TechCrunch, on radio and television, and at leading events on the topic of AI and productivity.
