How can I upload my previous answers to the Knowledge Base for EA to learn my style?

1. Navigate to Answers > Import Approved Answers.
2. Drag and drop your files, or click inside the upload box to browse and select them.
3. Enter a name for the imported answers.
4. Click Upload.

Note: Displaying your imported answers in the Answers library may take some time, depending on the format of the uploaded file.
