Here’s a short video on how EA works:
Uploading documents to the Knowledge base
The stronger your EA Knowledge Base, the better EA will perform for you. It’s the core of the system: EA is designed to only use your Knowledge Base when responding to questions, so it never pulls in factually incorrect information from the internet.
Your Knowledge Base is made up of two components:
-
Previous responses
-
Documents
The more previous responses you add, the more EA will “sound like you,” reusing your own wording to draft new answers. Most customers notice this effect after running and approving just 2–3 forms in the platform.
For documents, you can upload files in any format, upload a ZIP file for bulk imports, or integrate directly with your current data repositroy, details of available integrations are below.
Integrations
You can connect EA with your current document library, our current integrations include:
- SharePoint
- OneDrive
- G Drive

Autofill a form

Scratchpad
Scratchpad is a powerful feature in EA. You can use it as a Knowledge Base for customer-facing functions to have up-to-date information, it can help you draft documents or interrogate documents. If you’d like to talk about how to best use Scratchapd with our team you can always book a call.
Expertise shouldn’t be wasted on repetitive copy and paste tasks.
