It retrieves the most relevant evidence from your synced knowledge base—previous responses and documents—and passes these chunks to the LLM to draft a new answer. Once a draft is generated, you retain full flexibility: you can ask the AI to rewrite in a different tone, adjust the length, or even translate the response into another language. If you identify stronger evidence that isn’t yet in your library, you can upload additional documents and instruct the AI to regenerate the answer using them.

By separating evidence retrieval from answer generation, EA significantly reduces the risk of hallucinations. The system only generates a response when supporting evidence is available.
