Is EA Global AI replacing our sustainability team?
No, but EA will help them become much more efficient at dealing with disclosure requests. Baseline first drafts will be produced with a few clicks in minutes and not days/ weeks. Submission will no longer be a time-consuming exercise of copy and paste, but be a single click as the original Excel/ Word/ PDF file is pre-populated with final approved answers, or the web platform is populated with no copy/ paste required. How long does implementation take?
No implementation is necessary, and the first baseline first draft can be produced as soon as previous responses to CDP, EcoVadis, or other disclosure requests are uploaded. Customers who pilot EA will get immediate benefits, and go/ no-go decisions to continue using the platform for other diligence activities are generally made within weeks of the initial onboarding session.
Does this replace the CDP portal?
No, but our browser plugin can extract the questions directly from the CDP portal and other similar web portals, as well as populate them with the final approved answers once the review process is complete. Finally, a single solution to handle all web portals, Excel, Word and PDF disclosure requests with zero copy-and-paste required!
Is this limited to CDP?
No. If the request is a word document, PDF, Excel file or in a web portal, then EA can handle it end-to-end. The more it is used, the greater overlap there will be in the questions/ answers – and the more value that will be delivered as EA learns more about your business, tone of voice, and how requests from different stakeholders are preferred to be handled.
