2. As you modify and approve responses, they’ll be automatically saved to your answer library. When sales teams upload new requests, you’ll only need to review and approve the new questions.
3. Sales teams can ask individual ad hoc questions and view previously approved responses to similar queries. If no matches are found, they can request a new answer.
4. They won’t see the answer until it’s been approved by someone from the ESG department. Once approved, the new response will be available for anyone who asks a similar question.
