How to redeem your voucher

  • Click Sign Up enter your email address, and set a password. 

  • At the checkout, select Professional and enter your voucher code to apply the credit to your account. 

  • We place a credit on your account that is automatically applied to usage-based charges.

  • Use EA to complete forms and ask questions — credits cover costs until they’re exhausted.

  • When the credit runs out, we’ll notify you so you can add billing details to continue using EA.

How does Usage-Based Pricing Work? 

Usage cost: charged per “human-hour equivalent” — the estimated time a human would take to complete the same task sent to our AI, based on an agreed rate card.
    • Example: the UK rate is £12.20/hour, designed to be ~50% cheaper than your non-fully-loaded labour cost for this location.
How we measure for usage-based pricing:

Each request sent to EA is assessed for complexity by the AI.

The AI estimates the time a human would need to complete the task without AI.

    • A single question ≈ 1 minute
    • A simple diligence spreadsheet ≈ a few hours
    • A complex diligence request (eg. CDP, EcoVadis, G Cloud 15) ≈ several working days

 

Every request is logged and tracked individually.

A monthly report details:

    • Each request submitted
    • AI turnaround time
    • Estimated manual completion time
    • Calculated time and cost savings
