EA Global AI’s platform, Easy Autofill, is an advanced AI-powered software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution designed to streamline and automate the process of completing complex corporate documents such as due-diligence questionnaires (DDQs), requests for proposals (RFPs), requests for information (RFIs), tenders, and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) surveys. Using artificial intelligence and natural language processing, the platform analyses uploaded documents in formats like Word, Excel, PDF, and PPTX then automatically generates accurate draft responses based on the organisation’s internal knowledge base and previously approved content. Easy Autofill integrates with widely used document management systems, including SharePoint, OneDrive, and Google Drive, allowing teams to leverage existing company data and maintain version control. It also supports workflow automation with review, editing, and approval stages, ensuring that responses are consistent, compliant, and audit-ready before submission. The platform is aimed at enterprises and small to medium-sized businesses that regularly respond to procurement, compliance, and ESG-related documentation, helping them save significant time, reduce manual errors, and maintain high-quality, standardised outputs across departments and projects. Ultimately, Easy Autofill enables organisations to manage document-heavy processes more efficiently, freeing teams to focus on strategy and relationship building rather than repetitive administrative tasks. Our application includes an optional import from Google Drive via Google Picker so you can quickly upload files you already store in Google Drive.
How the Google Drive (Google Picker) integration works
Go Document Library and click “Integrations”
In the integrations dialog, click on “Add integration” button and select Google Drive.
Google shows the standard account consent screen.
After authorisation, you should see integration settings, where you can name you integration, set the sync interval and select files or folders via google drive file picker.
Open the Google Picker so you can select specific files or folders.
The app reads only the files you select and imports them for processing within EA platoform.
You can revoke access at any time (see How to revoke access below).
We do not request access to your entire Drive, we do not read files you haven’t selected and we do not write anything in your Drive.
Google OAuth scopes we request (and why)
We use the minimum scopes required for the described functionality:
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file — Access only to files and folders that the user selects in the Picker or that were created by this app. Purpose: Import and read files you explicitly select. Why this scope: It’s the least-privileged Drive scope that supports file selection via the Picker without broad access to your entire Drive.
We do not use restricted scopes such as drive.readonly or drive. If a broader scope is ever needed, we will clearly explain why and request your consent first.
What data we access and how we use it
Metadata (file name, MIME type, size, IDs) — used to display files in the app and manage imports.
File content — used only to perform the features you initiate (e.g., analysis, conversion, and storage inside your workspace).
No selling or sharing — We never sell Google user data and we do not share it with third parties except as necessary to provide the service (e.g., infrastructure providers under contract).
Storage & retention
Imported files may be stored in your workspace to provide app functionality.
You can delete imported files from within the app at any time.
Backups (if any) are retained for a limited period and then purged according to our data retention policy.
Security
Data in transit is protected with TLS.
Data at rest is encrypted.
Access is restricted by role-based controls and monitored.
How to revoke or remove access
You stay in control and can revoke EA’s access to your Google Drive at any time:
Our handling of Google user data complies with Google’s User Data Policy (including the Limited Use requirements for Drive data). We only use Google data to provide and improve user-facing features that you request, do not transfer it for serving ads, and do not permit humans to read it except where required for security, compliance, or with your explicit consent.
